Hi,

I've tried contacting you through this website and through Etsy and have not heard back. I sent payment for this mole pattern on June 16 and have not been able to download it. At this point can you please just refund my purchase? I needed the pattern for a specific event, and thought it would take hours to get it, not weeks.

Thanks.
