1 skull, made as follows:




Using white polymer clay, make a ball about 1/4" across.




Flatten to about 3/8" across.




Using an x-acto knife, cut notches on either side of the round.




Make 3 evenly-spaces cuts along the lower edge to make the teeth.




Round the corners for the cheekbones. Using a blunt needle, make two indentations for the eyes.





Assembly:





Fill head and body with stuffing and stitch head to body with needle and thread.





Using needle and thread, stitch hair over head.





Stitch beard onto face.





Stitch moustache onto face.





Flip hat inside-out...





...and fold the edges over.





Fill hat with a small amount of stuffing and stitch onto head at an angle.





Glue skull onto front of hat.





Glue eyes onto face.


You're done!
